Who is
Teacher Yang?
Over decades of teaching experience with MOE and being an examiner for many major Chinese exams, Teacher Yang has taught and brought many primary school students to acing their primary school PSLE exams. In addition, through years of experience, Teacher yang has brought together many fool-proof techniques that can be used to learn Chinese or even tackle many exam questions that most students usually fear.
What We Teach
Vocabulary Training
At happyreadhappylearn, we focus on helping the children understand how the words are use in context. We always provide scenarios for them to read and use.
We start teaching your child to from single words to short phrase and sentences.
Comprehension
For comprehension, we focus on teaching children how to read the passages. So they can understand the scenarios in the passage. We guide them to analzye the comprehension questions which help them to gain confidence to answer the questions.
Composition Writing
For composition, we use the 5W1H to guide them make mind map which helps them to formulate structure of the composition. We focus on teaching them how to use the keywords to form the main story in the composition. We also use 6 Senses approach to help them visualize the key phrases which they can use in their composition. We use our very own Sample essay to help them gain confidence in writing.
